La semaine dernière, plus précisément le vendredi avant le premier Circuit PPD de la saison (24-25 septembre 2022), nous étions heureux d’accueillir le club de tennis de table Three10 en provenance de l’Ontario au Centre National d’entraînement de Montréal (CNE). L’entraîneur du club Three10 est Raymond Zhang et il était accompagné de sept de ses athlètes à savoir: Rouyan Yang, Cindy Zhu, Kate Wu, Derek Shen, Rachel Liu, Sienna Calderaro et Olivia Zhang.
Le niveau des athlètes n’étant pas homogène, les entraîneurs du centre national ont pris la décision de séparer le groupe en deux puis d’organiser deux séances d’entraînement distinctes. Le premier groupe a été dirigé par l’entraîneur-chef Maxime Surprenant et le deuxième groupe a été dirigé par l’entraîneur adjoint Pierre Prévost.
Dès à présent, nous souhaitons communiquer un message à tous les clubs ainsi qu’aux athlètes en provenance de tout le Canada et de l’international. Que ce soit de façon ponctuelle ou permanente, nos portes sont grandes ouvertes aux athlètes qui ont un projet de tennis de table sérieux et nous serions plus qu’heureux de vous accueillir au sein de notre structure d’entraînement. Last week, more precisely on Friday before the first PPD Circuit of the season (September 24-25, 2022), we were happy to welcome the Three10 Table Tennis Club from Ontario to the National Training Center in Montreal (CNE). The coach of the Three10 club is Raymond Zhang and he was accompanied by seven of his athletes namely: Rouyan Yang, Cindy Zhu, Kate Wu, Derek Shen, Rachel Liu, Sienna Calderaro and Olivia Zhang.
Since the level of the athletes was mixed, the national center’s coaches took the decision to split the group and organize two separate training sessions. The first group was led by head coach Maxime Surprenant and the second group was led by assistant coach Pierre Prevost.
From now on, we want to share a message to all clubs as well as athletes from across Canada and internationally. Whether on a one-off or permanent basis, our doors are wide open to athletes who have a serious table tennis project and we would be more than happy to welcome you to our training structure.
